It's time; I did a good amount of digging around for the Newgrounds treasure hunt, and we need to do another one of these. So let's get started!
I love how playfully punk rock @victorabbe's whole gallery is; there's so many quirky little loop animations and inventive ideas in there. This one's really worth a deep dive.
@AirCityStudios is an absolute madman, and I truly don't understand why he doesn't have more followers than he does because his technical proficiency is off the charts. He's got a couple different styles he works in, but they're both polished like glass.
@nollthere combines these nice pastel palettes with nature and the occult to create these stunning, neatly organized illustrations that all feel like they'd make great prints.
@anshiiiiin is probably my personal favorite in this issue's lineup. Their images tell stories, both haunting and surreal, but refuse any singular interpretation; shadows often cloud the forms, only causing them to further linger in your mind. Truly outstanding stuff.
@arttoon's work perfectly emulates that old UPA art style with simple forms and minimal linework that give their designs a really bold and striking look.
And I think that's all I've got for this time!

In other news, I'm stunned with just how many people have played Homecoming already. I fully expected the content, and the type of game it is to drive most folks away, but I'm delighted that people have given it a chance, and I'm also incredibly grateful that Newgrounds both exists and is willing to put something like Homecoming right there on the frontpage. It really means an awful lot.
